SWIMAGE ENCORE 5.1.4.3
The latest version of Swimage Encore is now available for download at www.swimage.com. For existing Swimage customers, a simple upgrade patch is provided for free once registering on the download site. For non-Swimage customers, a full installation of Swimage Encore with a trial key can be provided by sending a request or by calling (630) 769-4111 and requesting the sales department.
Product Enhancements
- The Image Import feature was enhanced to accommodate nearly any type of Windows WIM.
- The computer auto naming feature has been expanded to handle even more BIOS attributes and mnemonics, giving enormous flexibility for automatically naming computers based on your corporate standards
- Advanced deployment troubleshooting is now enhanced through our Client Network Tool, which will provide detailed troubleshooting by analyzing all client connections and attributes.
- We have added more verbose logging to our already detailed live deployment feed, which allows you to granularly drilldown into the real-time deployment status.
- Improved our automatic application matching and reinstallation feature to better streamline how applications are installed.
- We simplified the USMT hardlink integration by adding it as a checkbox. This adds an additional options to the data migration, which allows Terabytes of data to be migrated in seconds for in-place deployments.
- Applications discovered on the PC and added to the future state will be automatically picked up and reinstalled, even for bare-metal deployments.
- Added an automatic countdown for PC autonaming to prevent user input requests for name slowing down the deployments
