The Exchange Deployment Planning Services (EDPS) is a Software Assurance Benefit that offers pre-deployment planning designed to help guide customers through deployment and business value planning stages of Exchange Server 2007 implementation.

One of the qualifications to become an EDPS partner is having the Messaging Specialization within the Unified Communications competency. Earning this specialization and competency requires customer references and specific exams must be taken and passed by a technical consultant.

Packaged Services engagements are conducted by qualified EDPS partners who share best practices, analyze their customers’ organization environment and help create comprehensive deployment and implementation plans.
