Aliso Viejo, CA and Lisle, IL - December 28, 2005 - Quest Software, Inc (Nasdaq: QSFT), a leading provider of application, database and infrastructure management solutions, and Intrinsic Technologies, a national system integrator specializing in Microsoft Infrastructure, announced today that Atlantic Health System has chosen to work with Intrinsic to implement Quest's Active Directory migration and management software to simplify and manage its IT infrastructure.

While Atlantic has some legacy applications that are dependent upon Novell, the company decided to simplify its environment by migrating all user accounts to Active Directory using Quest NDS Migrator. For efficient management and security of the new Active Directory environment, they have licensed the Quest Management Suite for Active Directory. Atlantic has also selected Quest InTrust to help meet audit and compliance requirements.
